Determining the
Applicants Eligibility
for the Home Team Program
Applicants must meet following Criteria
to be eligible for HOME TEAM houses:
1.
Must submit two (2) years of most recent Federal Income Tax Statements;
2.
Must identify how many people will be living in the home;
3.
Must send two (2) months of the most recent paycheck stubs;
4. Must identify
the total income coming into home, i.e., salaries, child support, court
awards,
lottery winning, etc.
5.
Must send copy of social security card or documentation.
